The management of 1000s of coolers/freezers/carts spread out over the country is a monumental task. Beverage companies report cooler losses in the hundreds of thousands every single year due to theft, misplaced and unaccounted assets. This doesn't even begin to consider the lost sales revenue due to long downtimes, long restocking intervals and often- product damaged due to temperature fluctuations.
Enter CQR. Developed in 2012 and has undergone numerous improvements and feature add-ons, CQR is an intelligent end-to-end solution that is developed specifically for fast-moving consumer goods suppliers to drastically cut losses from all these loose ends.

We have servers based in the US, Kenya, Singapore and in India. With a full data back up service at our Group HQ. This ensures assets are performing with the highest efficiency, assets are also geo-tagged to alert theft and equipped with real-time tracking for recovery.
Temperature
Real-time temperature and other parameters can be seen online real-time. Special alerts can be generated based on pre set up and down temperature parameters.
SMS Alerts
CQR can generate a host of alerts, all real-time, such as when a unit needs a service call. This can either be generated by the retailer, using a preset button on the slave device or by automated system diagnostics, which only requires the roving eye of CQR.
Location
All your asset locations and key performance information can be visible on the map. Colour codes will tell you the assets that may need immediate attention.
A hardware device is fixed to the coolers. This can be factory-fitted, or also fitted to existing coolers on the field.
The hardware transmits a wide range of data to our servers in real-time. (Geo-Location, temperature, door openings, power consumption, compressor temperature, etc)
Our software algorithm computes all of this information and is able to detect behavioural anomalies in real-time. Through this, we are able to convert this data into actionable recommendations. The concerned parties (for their respective criteria managed) are sent these notifications in real-time where they can act accordingly.
